ABOUT me
I earned my B.S. in Sociology at the College of Charleston and a Master’s in Health & Wellness Coaching through Maryland University of Integrative Health. After completing my Master’s, I became board-certified in health & wellness coaching in 2022 through the NBHWC. I am a 200-hr certified yoga instructor with continued training in trauma-informed teaching and mat pilates.
I live in Beaufort, SC and I organize a local volunteer group called Beaufort Litter Patrol. I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with my friends and family and, of course, my dogs, Neeko & Brutus.
I always knew I was placed on this earth to help others. After college, I was experiencing health scares of my own, and struggling with my mental health, when I recognized the gap in support and accountability in creating changes that helped me feel my best. There’s a lot of information in the world of the internet and with every piece of information, there’s more information that contradicts the information you just learned. It can feel daunting to know where to begin and to take the steps needed.
My mission is to always meet you where you are with kindness, compassion, and a gentle push forward. I want my clients to know that they are always supported and cared for, to feel confident in themselves as they create positive change, and to feel safe and empowered in their mind and body.
